Owned by Rachel and Leon Christensen, experienced physiotherapists who have recently moved to the Sunshine Coast to be closer to family and friends. Coastal Performance Physiotherapy is a local practice offering mobile or clinic based physiotherapy services in the Caloundra region. 

Rachel is an experienced physiotherapist with a strong interest in sports-related injuries, particularly in the rehabilitation of ACL injuries, shoulder dislocations and Achilles tendon injuries. She enjoys working closely with runners of all levels, helping them manage and prevent common running-related issues through tailored, evidence-based treatment and load management strategies. She also has extensive experience in post-operative orthopaedic rehabilitation, and enjoys seeing clients achieve their goals.
